Introduction of a performance and development system with supporting skill training (feedback and SMART objectives + communication skills). In parallel, a European culture change program for managers to strengthen their leadership effectiveness and thus break up the rigid top-down culture in the company. To this end, the Board of Management and senior executives were interviewed on future leadership requirements upfront. Design and rollout of a global leadership program with the two modules: People Leadership and Agile Change + a board assignment in each module to develop a strategic topic in a design thinking process. This resulted e.g. in the new company’s purpose as part of the sustainability strategy. Parallel teaching of change competence + further skill trainings and supporting leadership coaching. Design of an initial development program for future managers. Participation in assessment centers for the selection of emerging leaders in the organization.
