Purpose

To become the innovation driver for HR of tomorrow, the global HR team defines innovation topics, takes on ownership of initial projects and form teams around the prioritized innovation topics.

What were the effects?

Quick in-depth understanding of innovation and high motivation to make innovation a core value. Developing ideas for HR innovation and prioritizing topics (selection process in Mentimeter), inviting topic owners and forming teams around the topics.

Process

Facilitation of the event. First step was to define the leadership role in a separate leadership workshop to give all innovation projects the necessary backing and to ensure that ownership is transferred to the team. Be in touch input on innovation and the need to replace existing management patterns according to Theory U by C. Otto Scharmer. Design of an innovation process in which the teams become drivers of the innovation.
