Purpose

Launch a Mentoring Program as part of Leadership Development with the goal of retaining leadership knowledge in the organization and better connecting the generations and the brands - also to create reverse mentoring effects with a view to digitalization topics and trends.

What were the effects?

Intense relationship building between mentors and mentees. Safe start into the mentoring program through facilitation and by responding to many open questions and doubts. This gave the program enough momentum and commitment right at the beginning.

Process

Input on the mentoring role for the executives and future leaders - separated in two rooms according to mentors and mentees. Followed by guided first mentoring sessions with subsequent feedback and definition of next steps. With a networking evening event at the end.
