Learning from others

Learning from Others is the change of perspective for access to creative resources.

Learning from Others is looking into other systems in order to learn from others.

Learning from Others is the empowerment to take new and unfamiliar paths.

Learning from Others is confidence in the middle of change, because it shows that collaboration works differently as well.

Our Be in touch Learning from others

Do you feel stuck in a situation? Do you need new and unconventional perspectives? Do you want to think outside the box? Do you need inspiration? We create motivation to break up old and inhibiting thought patterns and undo mental knots. How?

As children we learn something new every day. Do you remember that? We develop competence through observational learning. We learn from models and examples. This creates impulses to transfer observed behaviour to other situations. This is how Learning from others functions.

Methods

We have developed various methods through which we would like to introduce you to playful model learning. By using targeted moderation techniques we support you as you embark on a change of perspective.

Workshop - Learning from the Cockpit

What do cockpits have to do with leadership? Sophisticated management logic. Depending on the situation, a pilot can flexibly deduce the next action steps within the shortest possible time. In the cockpit, we show managers how they can deal with dynamic processes in their team in an agile way.

In an aeroplane simulator you will learn...

  • Intercultural factors from a quality and safety perspective.
  • Conflict management with time constraints + Use conflicts productively.
  • Resilience, work-life balance: Remain centred in one’s attitude as a leader.
  • Communication: Flexible, target group-oriented dialogue.
  • Decide and solve problems: Moderation styles and problem-solving processes.
  • Feedback and debriefing: how an entire industry learns from mistakes
  • Crew Resource Management: Making the best use of limited resources.
  • Leadership: Create trust and openness in teams.

Target audience

Managers who want to develop their leadership skills in a more agile and softer way.

Team Development - Art in Team Building

We rarely come into contact with art in our everyday professional lives. Work is often too intellectual. To balance this out we offer a joint art project for your team. In the creation of a common art object, we jointly create team support and change of perspective.

  • To create an art object together.
  • Roles in the team.
  • Group dynamics and how it affects the team's collaboration.
  • Differences and similarities become visible.
  • Strengthening team spirit.
  • Helpful and inhibiting forms of collaboration.

Target audience

Teams that want to get out of intellectual work for once. Teams that want to create something together with their hands. Teams who want to strengthen their sense of WE.

Group Coaching - Wo/Men on a trail

Group coaching with the peer group woman/man. From women/men for women/men with women/men we go on a hike in a protected space, where for once it is all about YOU. The violence of the mountains and nature open up angles and perspectives on their individual concerns.

During a 5-day hiking tour in Oberallgäu you will learn...

  • To open your change subject.
  • To make farewells.
  • To determine your own position.
  • To make use of decision-making powers.
  • A time-out for self determination and self reflection.
  • Mindfulness and relaxation sequences.
  • Regular hiking tours.

Target audience

Men/women who find themselves in situations of professional and private change.

Workshop - Diversity in Exchange

We learn not only from other systems but also from other people. How? By listening and willingness to learn. In this format we consciously bring you into a dialogue with other perspectives. The goal is: To develop understanding, empathy and awareness for the other person.

In a 1-day workshop you will learn...

  • An awareness of other perspectives.
  • Empathy and attentiveness to other situations and backgrounds.
  • To respond to other perspectives.
  • To use other perspectives.
  • The opportunities of different perspectives.
  • To overcome challenges from different perspectives.

Target audience

Groups, with strongly divergent perspectives/backgrounds, which lead to conflicts and inability to act.
